One of the Center for Excellence’s biggest challenges is guaranteeing continuous advancement and cultivation of excellence in the 
public education system.
Even the smallest regression can have a long term effect on school excellence.
The Excellence Advisors Course was created by the Center for Excellence to qualify premium teachers as a “School Excellence Advisor”, a new professional position that will be an ongoing source of excellence and leadership for both teachers and students.
Upon completion of the course, the Advisor will be qualified to:
- Lead the school team, particularly science teachers, in all excellence related issues, by creating and leading projects for the school’s outstanding and general student population.
- Serve as an advisor to outstanding students.
- Serve as a focal point for classroom teachers seeking guidance and enrichment in dealing with this special group of students.
Leading Towards Excellence
The Excellence Advisors Course is designed to train mentors for the motivated and outstanding students that have not found adequate excitement and challenge in their daily school work.
Through working with the teaching staff and students in their school, the Advisor will deal with the needs of this special segment in the school population. The School Excellence Advisor will provide school-wide leadership in attending to the educational needs and desires of these pupils, opening the prospect to create in their schools a culture of excellence and an environment that promotes effort, achievement and creativity among students and teachers.
